It's been a long time since I wrote a journal entry.
The title of the note is already "Recording the 309th Day of 2025". It's so fast; before I knew it, there were less than two months left in 2025.
2025 might be the fastest year of my life. The first half was filled with busy academic work—countless experiments and practices—I never expected junior year of Environmental Engineering to be even busier than freshman year. The semester ended in a rush; cxs, the most complex course project of my university career and possibly the last, announced the countdown to the end of university life. Then came moving dorms, from Building 22 to Building 23, and then from Building 23 to Qingle Garden. Summer vacation also disappeared along with the graduation internship.
During the internship, I looked forward every day to it ending so I could stay up late, have a holiday, and rest as I pleased. But to be honest, on the last day of the internship, holding the milk tea Cao gave me and looking at the Daoyu Safety and Environment logo, I still couldn't bear to leave; nostalgia is just like that.
September and October were spent in the idleness following the end of the internship and the anxiety regarding the future graduation project. Being unable to completely slack off but also unable to muster full effort is perhaps the true portrayal of contemporary youth.
But there were gains other than studies. After many years, I rebuilt a QQbot, integrated astrbot, napcat, nonebot, etc., and deployed a Wuthering Waves robot and a Sky: Children of the Light robot. I also scraped together some fun little gadgets.
The internship wages plus previous savings plus support from my family turned into an iPhone 17 Pro, and my 13 Pro finally retired.
zwj also broke up. Love, sigh. After all, treating people as you did at the start is always a difficult thing.
It is now 4:24 AM, and my roommate is still snoring like thunder. I don't know how many more 4:24s I have to endure, nor do I know how many more 309 days I have. The future is always terrifying; I seem to never be able to go back to the time when I looked forward to Friday holidays and buying new clothes for the New Year.
Will there be a day when time can really rewind
Rewind to your, to my, unreturnable, leisurely years
